2022 Week 9 Rankings

Pads (Pads) [9-0]

Change From Last Week: =0

Slattery's Ranking: 1

"Dominating win for Pads this week. Didn't quiet score the most points of the week, but came really, really close. The true test comes this week though, as Pads goes against the highest scorer in the league, Codycast."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 1

"Putting together impressive performances week after week. The only question left before the playoffs is can Pads run the table and enter them undefeated. I don't see a way that Pads can lose their first place ranking by the end of the seasons with a 3 game lead over the next best team."

codycast (codycast) [6-3]

Change From Last Week: =0

Slattery's Ranking: 2

"Another dominating win for Codycast, and the moral victory bounce back necessary to get this team's eyes back on the prize. This week's match up will be a true test for this team, though, as Codycast has a chance to give the only unbeaten team in the league their first loss of the season."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 2

"Back to their high scoring ways and trying to keep the scumdogs from taking the number 2 spot. Tyreek and Adams put up some scores that were not going to allow the opposing team to 1-Putt their way to victory"

Scumdogs (grrouchie) [6-3]

Change From Last Week: +2

Slattery's Ranking: 3

"Scumdogs got the win, but I do have to point out that last week's win was on the backs of Justin Jefferson and Joe Mixon. With the week Mixon had last week, Scumdogs should have been the top scorer on the week, but too many other players on this starting roster pooped in their big boy pants for this team to truly shine. Still, this squad has multiple players with the potential to go off for 50+ points on any given week."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 3

"The Scumdog Rollercoaster continued this week as they were once again on the rise and beating up on Fuzzy Logic. Will next week show that they have everything under control or will they once again hit a valley after a peak?"

ScotchnWhiskers (mark2law) [5-4]

Change From Last Week: +2

Slattery's Ranking: 4

"What an important win for ScotchnWhiskers. No one on this team really "blew up", but almost everyone in the starting roster did their job to secure the win. As long as this team can consistently score around 120 points a week, they should be playing well into December."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 4

"Sippin' Scotch and eating Tots. Hurts and Henry rolled over their opponents this week as this team is putting their stake on the future playoffs."

Fuzzy Logic (Slattery) [5-4]

Change From Last Week: -2

Slattery's Ranking: 5

"In a week where teams either blew up for high points or failed to score 90 points total, Fuzzy Logic had the unfortunate circumstance where they were in the top half for weekly scoring but failed to secure the win. It also doesn't help that Fuzzy got the 'award' for being the least efficient manager. It seems like injuries to key members on this team are finally starting to catch up with Fuzzy."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 5

"Six of the Fuzzy Logic players under performed and they also ran into possibly the seasons best performance from Mr Joe Mixon who put on a touchdown Clinic. Sometimes you can't overcome that one guy who just goes crazy for the week."

PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE (lwinman) [5-4]

Change From Last Week: -2

Slattery's Ranking: 6

"Talk about a demoralizing loss. On paper, this team should be so much better, but yet here we are talking about them after an 88 point loss. Hopefully this is the wake up call the team needs so they won't waste a good start to the season."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 6

"Putting up a sub par performance is usually recipe for a loss, but when you are playing the best and most consistent team in the league it's a guarantee. Every member of Prestige missed their projections and that needs to get fixed if they want to stay in the playoff mix."

Michael Scott's Tots (BaileyOwen) [4-5]

Change From Last Week: +1

Slattery's Ranking: 7

"It seems like the Joshes are not enough to carry this team to victory every week now that they both look human. On the plus side, some of Michael Scott's Tots' young players are starting to come into their own, so hopefully this team won't have to rely solely on the Joshes moving forward."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 8

"Ouch. Marshall and Wilson were the only two to out produce expectations.  Both Josh's (who kept this team rolling earlier) under performed and Josh Allen might end up missing time with a bum elbow. Not a good sign rest of season."

1-Putt Nine (GhostDad77) [4-5]

Change From Last Week: -1

Slattery's Ranking: 8

"1-Putt put up a fight, but wasn't able to secure the win against the powerhouse known as Codycast. There has to be some optimism on 1-Putt's side, though, as this week shows this team has the firepower to hang with the big boys in the league. If they're able to string a few wins together, who knows what will happen."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 7

"Justin Herbert is the leader of this team and he has been underwhelming this year. It's hard to rack up victories when your leader is under performing week after week. Good young team that is going through growing pains right now"

NotGreatBob (NotGreatBob) [3-6]

Change From Last Week: +1

Slattery's Ranking: 9

"There is one work to describe loss: YIKES. Almost no one on this team stepped up in any meaningful way, and some players straight up lost Bob the game (looking at you, Higbee). "

Grrouchie's Ranking: 10

"The GOAT is not carrying this team currently. NotGreatBob is playing for draft positioning and all of his players are following suit.  "

ShivaBlasts (jwv7244) [2-7]

Change From Last Week: +1

Slattery's Ranking: 11

"Even though Shiva is ranked at #11, there's some promise on this team. Walker looks like a BEAST and should be a foundational player for ShivaBlasts for years to come."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 9

"This might look too high for a team with only 2 wins, but they beat NotGreatBob. Walker, Johnson and Lazard have the ShivaBlasts riding high this week."

Delta Squad (OneTyrell) [3-6]

Change From Last Week: -2

Slattery's Ranking: 10

"It's sad to see a team with so much star power and potential fall to arguably the worst team in the league. Injuries and byes are really to blame here, though, as a majority of Delta's Squad was not able to be started. Hopefully next week will be better for this team."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 12

"This might only be a one week placement, but when you lose a game to the worst team in the league then that makes you the worst team in the league. Cousins was the only one who scored over 10 points this week for the Squad and this week they sit upon their Toilet at the bottom of the rankings.  "

Dirty Mike & The Boys (Magnum1Delta) [2-7]

Change From Last Week: =0

Slattery's Ranking: 12

"Dirty Mike rallied The Boys to a win, but a win was not enough to bring Dirty Mike out of 12th place. At least Dirty Mike is still the frontrunner in the Bijan sweepstakes."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 11

"Dirty Mike & The Boys won a battle against the Delta Squad and their ranking reflects the results. Mills, Mooney and (m)Likely all put up some performances to outlast their opponent."
