2022 Week 4 Rankings

Pads (Pads) [4-0]

Change From Last Week: =0

Slattery's Ranking: 1

"Defense wins championships, and this team showed that they can play defense like no other. Luck might have also played a small part in it, but it takes a great deal of skill to remain undefeated after losing your starting QB. The coming weeks will be a true test of this team, though."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 1

"Even when you only win by slightly more than 1 reception and you have one of the worst scores on the week, 4-0 is still 4-0.  You're the last unbeaten so you are #1 in my book."

PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE (lwinman) [3-1]

Change From Last Week: +2

Slattery's Ranking: 2

"This was a statement win for Prestige Worldwide. The statement? 'This is one of the best teams in the league, and this group of players has the ability to take down anyone when necessary.' Expect this Mack Truck of a team to keep picking up speed as the season keeps going."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 2

"The log jamb at 3-1 is ruled by Prestige who is on a 2 week win streak and scored 150+ points.  Hot on the heels of Pads!!"

Fuzzy Logic (Slattery) [3-1]

Change From Last Week: +2

Slattery's Ranking: 4

"Fuzzy Logic got another win, but at what cost? Losing a star RB to injury and another starting RB to circumstance (Editor's note: Seriously, I don't understand why Ron Rivera hates Antonio Gibson so much) is going to seriously hurt this team. Only time will tell if this team's manager has what it takes to coach this team to wins despite the lack of RB help."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 3

"Higgins and Hockenson powered the Fuzz to #3. Let's see if Hock is for real or if it was just a fuzzy illusion."

codycast (codycast) [2-2]

Change From Last Week: +3

Slattery's Ranking: 3

"This is the most boom-bust team I've ever seen in my life. There are some weeks where this team looks absolutely dominate, like this week. Then there are weeks where players decide to take a nap instead of showing up. Don't let the 2-2 record fool you, they are easily the deadliest team in this league, consistency is the only thing holding them back."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 5

"Sitting at 500, high score for the week and highest points for on the season.  This team is bipolar. A win over the Scumdogs this week could put them back on track towards defending their championship but we have to see more than one good week in a row."

Scumdogs (grrouchie) [3-1]

Change From Last Week: +1

Slattery's Ranking: 5

"Sometimes doing just enough to get a win is all you need, and that's exactly what Scumdogs did. This week was all about gaining confidence back, and they should be back strong going forward."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 4

"Coming back with a win after a bad loss the week before, the Scumdogs want to compete, but they are still showing weakness starting Dulin, Akers and Johnson.   Contender or pretender?"

Michael Scott's Tots (BaileyOwen) [2-2]

Change From Last Week: -3

Slattery's Ranking: 6

"This team is so strange. Every week, it seems like a different player shows up and balls out, while other players take a backseat and hope they don't have to do much. If everyone on this team gives it 100% every week, Michael Scott's Tots would be a force to be reckoned with."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 6

"The Josh team suffered a close defeat as Allen, Jacob's and Reynolds tried to get that victory, but their attempt was not Logical."

Delta Squad (OneTyrell) [2-2]

Change From Last Week: +1

Slattery's Ranking: 7

"Delta Squad's team is really starting to come together. Two wins in a row thanks to some emerging young talent will go a long way to building this team's confidence. I expect good things from this team down the stretch."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 7

"A hard fought victory over the Scotch Squad puts Delta at 7th. Superstar Kyle Pitts is still an enigma which, if he can start performing,  could help the Delta Squad turn their season around."

ScotchnWhiskers (mark2law) [2-2]

Change From Last Week: -6

Slattery's Ranking: 8

"This team is the epitome of what happens when half the starting roster decides to not show up on a week to week basis. So much talent, but so few wins to show for it. At least the yeti seems to be back in full force, an advantage that should help this team get some W's later in the year."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 8

"Even though they have more points on the season, ScotchnWhiskers lost to Delta Squad and takes the lower ranking. Henry was a bright spot but the Law Firm of Robinson, Robinson and Cooper all getting under 2 points destroyed their hopes."

1-Putt Nine (GhostDad77) [1-3]

Change From Last Week: =0

Slattery's Ranking: 9

"It's hard to win when a starter puts up negative fantasy points, a lesson that 1-Putt learned the hard way this week. We would be having a very different discussion about this team if a few different start-sit decisions had been made."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 9

"Pierce and Herbert kept them competitive last week but you can't have 6 players score under 10 and grab them wins."

NotGreatBob (NotGreatBob) [1-3]

Change From Last Week: =0

Slattery's Ranking: 10

"Injuries are the name of the game for this team this week. Three of their starters were either surprise inactives or hurt during the game. Hopefully NotGreatBob has a backup plan for this upcoming week."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 11

"3 losses in a row, tied for next to last place,  Kamara started but sat out. Burkes limped off early and Jonathan Taylor bruised more than his ego with that ankle injury.

Not Great, Bob. Not great."

Dirty Mike & The Boys (Magnum1Delta) [1-3]

Change From Last Week: =0

Slattery's Ranking: 11

"In a defensive struggle, Dirty Mike & The Boys nearly took down the only undefeated team in the league. Failure to close out games like this will keep this team from reaching their true potential."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 10

"Dirty Mike should be proud of his boys almost pulling out the upset over the #1 team in the league.  This could have been the upset of the year If Tua wasn't murdered on live television."

ShivaBlasts (jwv7244) [0-4]

Change From Last Week: =0

Slattery's Ranking: 12

"Offensively, this team had one of their strongest showings of the year. Sadly, they got dunked on by the second best offense in the league for the week. Hard to win when that happens."

Grrouchie's Ranking: 12

"Oh Fer the love of the game. Some teams play for Glory. Some teams play for Pride. Some teams play for their coach. ShivaBlasts play because they need a paycheck."
