2022 Week 2 Rankings
Pads (Pads) [2-0]
Slattery's Ranking: 1
"Holy cow, what a BOOM week 2. With this proven potential, Pads should be a force for the rest of the season."
Grrouchie's Ranking: 1
"Pads absolutely balled out with Tua, Kupp and Waddle putting up enough points to beat 7 out of the other 11 teams by themselves. 2-0 with a dominant performance and they deserve to be sitting at #1 right now."
Scumdogs (grrouchie) [2-0]
Slattery's Ranking: 2
"This team just keeps taking care of business. Last week's win may not have been the prettiest, but all that counts is the W at the end of the day."
Grrouchie's Ranking: 3
"Scumdogs jumped out to an early lead and didn't keep their foot on the gas. However, 2-0 and the second most potent offense on the season, they deserve to be ranked high. However, they have too many Steelers and former Steelers and that could hurt down the stretch."
codycast (codycast) [1-1]
Slattery's Ranking: 3
"Nothing says 'righting the ship' like scoring the most points on the week. Codycast is back in full force, and has everything to prove."
Grrouchie's Ranking: 2
"A bounce back performance by the defending champs getting the highest score on the week. Yes that week 1 loss is going to haunt them, but the champs made a statement that this is their league still!!"
Fuzzy Logic (Slattery) [2-0]
Slattery's Ranking: 4
"Carried by a solid WR core this week. If Fuzzy Logics's RBs can become consistent, this team might have a chance at a post season run."
Grrouchie's Ranking: 5
"One of 3 unbeaten teams, Fuzzy is holding their own with consistency up and down the roster. This could work to their advantage over the course of the season by not having to rely in BOOM players to get those Dubs!!"
Michael Scott's Tots (BaileyOwen) [1-1]
Slattery's Ranking: 5
"Nothing stings quite as much as scoring the 3rd most points on the week when facing the team that scores the 2nd most points on the week. This team has proven they can score big when they need to, hopefully it pays off when necessary."
Grrouchie's Ranking: 4
"3rd highest score on the week but they ran into a Juggernaut when they went up against the current best team in the league. Don't let that loss full you, the Tots can beat any opponent any given Sunday."
PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE (lwinman) [1-1]
Slattery's Ranking: 6
"If Prestige Worldwide had made a few different start/sit choices, they could have been 2-0 this week instead of 1-1. Russ not cooking was their biggest downfall of the week."
Grrouchie's Ranking: 6
"The Lack or Dak definitely was felt on the field as this team let their Prestige slip last week. They were near the bottom of scoring and watched Jeudy pull a Jeudy and take most of the game off. Can they bounce back without Dak and stay in the hunt?"
ScotchnWhiskers (mark2law) [1-1]
Slattery's Ranking: 7
"What's funny about this team's win is it came on the back of the players you least expect to contribute big points. If ScotchnWhiskers's big names can come through, they might be climbing these rankings very quickly."
Grrouchie's Ranking: 7
"The biggest riser on the week! Benching Lamar could have been an issue, but when your QB2 is also a stud it sometimes works out, but leaving Jacksons points on the bench does look silly when he was your best player. ScotchnWhiskers had their Old Men step up and bounce back. If it is going to continue like this we could have a power house to contend with!"
1-Putt Nine (GhostDad77) [1-1]
Slattery's Ranking: 8
"It's hard to win when you basically have two flex spots as goose eggs, but that's exactly what 1-Putt Nine did this week. Maybe a move or two (spoiler alert, a move did happen) can sure up this team to avoid future goose eggs."
Grrouchie's Ranking: 8
"1-Putt put up a top 6 performance last week and beat a team they should have beaten. However, this team concerns me because even with a win JuJu, Chark and Mooney combined for 2.6 points. You can't contend with that type of production from starters."
NotGreatBob (NotGreatBob) [1-1]
Slattery's Ranking: 9
"Too many members of NotGreatBob's team pooped in their big boy pants this week, which is not what you want to happen in a very winnable match up."
Grrouchie's Ranking: 9
"Taylor stank it up. Evans punched his way to the bench. Kmet Krapped out. And Burks wheezed and sneezed. This team went down with a whimper."
Delta Squad (OneTyrell) [0-2]
Slattery's Ranking: 10
"Delta Squad has two major problems right now. First, the schedule gods were not in this team's corner. Second, their players IRL ran into NFL buzz saws. Maybe if Kirk Cousins doesn't play in prime time, this team will bounce back and show its true potential."
Grrouchie's Ranking: 10
"The best of the zero win teams, so I guess that is something to brag about. Pitts is a 🦄, the most elite decoy in the league. Amon Ra is being wasted on the team and Cousins caved under the bright lights as Codycast tore them up."
Dirty Mike & The Boys (Magnum1Delta) [0-2]
Slattery's Ranking: 11
"Let's look on the bright side right now - some of this team's young players are really starting to shine. It's unfortunate the vets are letting the team down."
Grrouchie's Ranking: 11
"The best thing I can say about Dirty Mike & the Boys is that they aren't ShivaBlasts. London and Dotson are rays of hope shining on a roster producing turds"
ShivaBlasts (jwv7244) [0-2]
Slattery's Ranking: 12
"After two weeks of greatly underperforming, I bet this owner is wondering when do they start prepping for the 1.01 in the 2023 rookie draft and throw this season away?"
Grrouchie's Ranking: 12
"So bad it hurts. Back to back lowest scoring team. Time for them to put in Flacco and pray he is still elite. This team has some great names and I bet they would have showed them whippersnappers a thing or two, in 2015."
